These terms govern your use of AuditKite, a service that produces AI visibility audits of websites. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
AuditKite analyses public web pages and answers produced by third-party AI assistants through their official APIs. AI answers vary between runs and may differ from what users see in consumer apps. Reports describe observed results and estimates; they are not a guarantee of future visibility.
Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure.
- You may only audit websites you or your clients are entitled to have analysed.
- You may resell reports produced with AuditKite under your own brand.
Credits and payments
- One credit runs one audit. Payments are processed by Whop.
- Credits from one-off purchases do not expire. Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period.
- If an audit fails for reasons on our side, the credit is returned automatically.
- If a payment is refunded or disputed, the related credits are removed, which can make the balance negative.
Acceptable use
Do not use AuditKite to overload websites, to collect personal data, or to circumvent another site's technical restrictions. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
AuditKite is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
